Custom Itinerary Design

We provide top to bottom trip planning and booking. Before each trip, you will get a personalized itinerary that includes all elements of your vacation. This is for those who want a unique experience with touring, professional/private guides, transfers, curated dining recommendations, and personalized suggestions.

What You Get

Our upfront planning fee starts at $500 per week of travel for two people, and is then prorated for the number of additional days, group size, and extent of our research. Note: Travel within 30 days of departure is subject to a rush rate.

A La Carte Services

When you know where you want to go, and simply want to book a room, we will confirm the reservation on your behalf. This ensures you receive our VIP perks and amenities.
What You Get
With any major luxury brand such as the Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, One & Only, Belmond, Auberge, AMAN, Hyatt, Hilton, etc., you will receive:
- a resort credit (minimum of $100)
- breakfast for two daily
- welcome amenities
- priority on room upgrades
- early and late check out upon availability
Once rooms are booked, we will send suggestions for the area or put you in touch with the concierge who can make your arrangements.
Our Fees
We do not charge a planning fee for hotel only bookings when you know your exact dates and hotel. We understand long weekends and short trips are good for the soul!
We book international & domestic flights, as well as private jet charters. Our air department offers 24/7 service for assistance with delays and cancellation.
Our Fees
- Domestic ticketing fee: $50 per ticket
- International ticketing fee: $150 per ticket.
Note: These fees are separate from any Custom Itinerary Design services.
If you are interested in booking ocean or river cruises, we have access to advisor search tools that help narrow down availability for dates of travel and destinations.
What You Get
With our preferred partnerships on all the major cruise lines, we can offer additional amenities such as shipboard credits and prepaid gratuities, in addition to online special promotions. We also handle group and multigenerational family trips.

The planning fee is dependent on the number of people, typically starting at $100 per couple.
Note: If pre/post planning is needed, this would fall into our Custom Itinerary Design services, which would be prorated.
This includes private & small group tours, skip-the-line access, gastronomic experiences, dining recommendations, sporting events, & trip insurance.

This includes chauffeur services, rental cars, trains, ferries, & yacht charters.
