HOW TO USE THE VIRTUOSO BOOKING TOOL

A simple way to book last minute hotels

1. Start your journey
Click the BOOK NOW button below to access Bowden & Co’s personalized Virtuoso Booking Portal.

2. Select “Hotels” from the top menu
This will take you to the search area for available luxury properties.

3. Find your destination and hotel
Type in your travel location, browse available hotels, and click “More details and photos” to explore options, pricing, and availability.

4. Ready to book?
Click the red “Book” button next to your ideal room.
If you're booking for the first time, you'll be asked to create an account and choose an agent (search for Bowden & Co if not listed automatically). Returning users can proceed directly to payment.

After completing your reservation, you'll receive a confirmation email. Bowden and Co will follow up within 48 hours to ensure everything is in order—and just like that, your trip includes elite amenities and VIP treatment.

The booking portal includes only properties within the Virtuoso network. If you’re interested in a hotel that isn’t listed, feel free to contact us directly at patbowden@brownelltravel.com or taylorbowden@brownelltravel.com — we’ll be happy to assist with alternative options.

Some luxury brands, including Four Seasons, are not bookable through the portal. As a Four Seasons Preferred Partner, Bowden and Co can secure your stay with VIP perks when you book directly through us.
